Finished Wedding Banner
A co-worker asked if I could create anything with my Cricut that she could use when decorating for her son’s rehearsal dinner. I asked her what she had in mind and she described the couple’s names, Devon and Mandy, in individual letters that she would tape to the wall. I said sure, knowing that I would be doing much more than just cutting out some letters. 🙂
The top photo is the finished product. I think it turned out very nicely….if I do say so myself. I consulted with my friend on colors and then created several samples for her to look at. I presented three options, from plain to bling. She was surprised and very happy with the options. We decided on the papers (she was SHOCKED at the options at Hobby Lobby) and I got to work.
The wedding invitations were black & white poka dot, we thought this paper would coordinate perfectly.
Choose a different background for the & to make it stand out more.
When I delivered the completed banner, the response I got was “ohhhhhhh this is SO much more than I ever imagined!” I think she liked it.
